What is the cancellation policy?

Activities can be cancelled up to 14 days in advance for an 80% credit to your Wild Company account (no cash refunds). The 20% service fee portion of the charge is non-refundable.

What does the price include?

The final price includes the activity fee, a non-refundable service charge, and a materials fee. Accommodation must be booked separately.

Do you have a site map?

Are there bathrooms available?

Yes! Guests are welcome to use our award winning accessible comfort stations.

What about food?

Refreshments are available for purchase on movie nights (Friday and Saturday evening). We do not have meal service at this time.

Is the site pet friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Note, pets are not allowed in the comfort station. Service animals are welcome at all times.

Is there WiFi or cell service?

Free WiFi is available, and you will find the signal strongest near our buildings. Cell service is generally good for Bell and Rogers users. However, connectivity can vary, so consider unplugging and enjoying nature!

How far is Wild Company from Toronto?

We are located about three and a half hours drive north of Toronto.

Is there free parking?

Yes! We have free parking at the front of the property near our comfort station. Vehicles are not permitted past the comfort station unless you are staying overnight with us.
